Throughout the past year we have all faced economic hard times and of course, we remember the food scares from last years tomato scare that turned out to be peppers and the spinach scare of several years ago. Combine the rising costs of trips to the super market and the food safety issue, many people are not thinking about growing their own.
It's not as hard as you think. It's great exercise. And, it's a family activity that is worth the time it takes.
